Turf Teq self propelled, forward operating Power Edgers are designed for easy operation and continuous use without causing operator fatigue.

They create new landscaping beds, redefine existing beds, groom existing beds and can do trenching functions. All functions can be performed by simply changing the blade and guard. Edging at up to 150 feet/minute and grooming at up to 170 ft/minute is achievable while eliminating the intensive labor costs and fatigue generated by edging with a shovel or by using competitive machines.

Turf Teq Model 1305 Power Edgers are the most productive, versatile and profitable on the market today and have the following major advantages over competition:

• Forward direction operation – ELIMINATES MANUALLY PULLING EDGER BACKWARD. The operator has clear vision to create new beds and to follow existing bed edges including curves and circles above 22” while maintaining maximum speed for maximum productivity. It also provides maximum safety by allowing the operator to see and avoid trip hazards and other obstacles.
• Self propelled –Provides maximum productivity and minimum operator fatigue. The Hydrostatic drive provides ground propulsion for infinite variable speeds from 0 to 4.5 MPH. This allows the operator to adjust travel speed to match the operating conditions for maximum productivity and minimum operator fatigue.
• Maximum productivity and profitability – The operator can see where he is edging and the machine is capable of being worked at the maximum speed for the ground conditions all day (edging at up to 150 ft/minute), the operator can produce maximum output all day resulting in reduced labor requirements and increased profits.
• Multi-function capability – By changing to different blades the machine can do multiple functions including opening new beds, redefining existing beds, grooming existing beds, trenching actions, tilling and cut foundations for pavers and water drainage.
• By pivoting out the movable blade arm, the groomer blade can be used for maintenance of bed edges increasing productivity up to an unmatched 170 ft/minute. You can see the cutting edge of the groomer blade so you can follow existing edges exactly. Being able to see the groomer blade and exactly follow existing edges eliminates the strip of grass that some competitive units leave behind. This reduces labor costs because the grass strips do not have to be picked up and removed. The groomer blade further reduces labor costs when compared to an opener or redefining blade. The groomer blade does not produce the line of dirt formed by an opener or redefining blade. The groomer blade eliminates the labor cost to dispose of the lines of dirt.
• Multi-use capability – The Super Pivot Tractor portion of the edger can be detached from the edger in minutes. The tractor can be used to power the other Turf Teq attachments, Power Broom, Power Rake and any future attachments saving initial purchase costs and reduces maintenance costs.
